when theres something coming up where you just NEED to perform physically, like a championship basketball game,
a school gym test you need to pass, or to FINALLY break that power platue, how would you prepare?

I understand good long sleep is important, but what else?
what do you eat the evening before and what do you eat just before you go at it?

Carbs!

I know a guy who used to run marathons. He told me before every marathon he would eat an entire back of potato chips to give him enough energy to run the race.
