Heavy leg work will stimulate test, increase your metabolic rate, and help you build bigger arms. Skip legs and you'll short-change yourself.

225 isnt alot even for a newb... most small weak kids at my school can squat like 250-300lbs.

Hmmmm. Where is this magical land where weak, tiny people squat 300?
Is it closer to the Kingdon of Quartersquatting or the Realm of Internet Hyperbole?

I think you have to go through an Internet blackhole into the realms of planet BS.
Full of newbies starting at 2-300lbs lifts.

Im not asking anyone to believe what I say, but there were atleast 8-10 kids on our high school football team that barley ever trained legs and were squatting anywhere from 2 to 3 hundred pounds. I could care less what you think.

They obviously weren't as little and as weak as you are saying they are. They also probably used 1/4 ROM (probably being the key word).
Take a look at the journals section and you will see that very few noobs can squat 2 plates for proper reps in there first 6-8 months of training.
