You can use your bodyweight x 12 which is pretty decent.
That number is assuming you dont do any additional exercise, so if you run add some more calories to it.

you want your protein intake to be around the 1g range per lb of lean body mass. Make your fats and carbs in proportion also.

Eat CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN... did I say CLEAN!
1 gram of protein per pound of body weight
Very few (if any) quick or high GI carbs
healthy fats (big mistake I made was cutting out too much fat)
A few ideas-
Skinless boneless chicken breasts
whey (gotta have the whey!)

Couldn't agree more about the fats. This part seems to be tremendously variable from person to person.
