Well, this first picture is me one year ago at 238lbs and at 6'0:

Now this is me today at 165lbs and at 6'1(I just started WBB#1 a week ago):

I am planning on bulking until school starts and then cutting, as I will be running a lot for PE... I am hoping I will be able to gain a good amount of muscle mass before then.

Good job losing the weight man. I used to be fat when I was in JR. High so I know its not easy. Anyway if you dedicate yourself as much to lifting as you did to losing weight you will do great. I started lifting 8 months ago and saw some great results but it takes a couple years to get big, so stay dedicated, follow the advice on these forums and you will definetly reach whatever goals you might have.

I was a chubber in Middle school but in highschool i just completely changed shape, good things will happen man just try your best and lift lift lift!
