*** JUNE 11th 2005 ***

Weight - 132lbs.
Height - 5'9"
Age - 21
Single - No sign of a decent relationship

Been lifting for 3 months now.. Got some newb gains and definition. Working on getting bigger. Seems tougher than i thought. Here are some of my goals.

1) Pack on 10lbs of solid mass by August 11th 2005.
2) Be Benching 155lbs (7reps ) Currently 100lbs (10reps)
3) Complete Cutting
4) Find a new job that doesnt suck.
5) Meet all goals before Deadline Date. |August 31st 2005|

Will post here several times a week to keep myself focused.

Broke into a 3 day routine. Will possibly work out 6 days a week, but definatly 5 days a week. Will do all Exercises 3 sets of 8 reps. Maybe more depending on exercise.

Seated overhead press
Dumbbell Shrugs
Lat pulldowns
Wide Parallel front pulldowns
Smith machine Bent over row
Standing Barbell Row
Bench press flat (middle)
Incline Dumbell flies
Concentration Curls
Standing Curls
Hammer Curls
Tricep pulldowns
Tricep overhead extensions
Backward wrist curls
Leg Extensions
Calve Raises

Hey good luck with it all, it can be done. I weighed about the same when I started and put on some good weight. Just stay at it, dont slack like I did when you start to level off.

Done Chest and abs today. pretty good workout. It seems no matter how hard i workout in the afternoon, by next morning im not sore. I give it all i got. Looks like im gonna have to dig deeper and find some extra thrust.

Going to go get a hair cut tomorrow. And Look for a new job.

lol best of luck with the goals man...and muscle soreness is in no way an indicator of growth....so don't worry

dont worry about being sore, eat and lift, rinse, repeat!
