Hi everyone, my name is luke. I enjoy working out and also enjoy reading and learning new things to help improve myself. I suffered a separated ac joint injury about 1.5 years ago that set me back quite a bit. The shoulder is still hurt as the ac joint rarely heals correctly after injury. It's been 6 months since I've come back from my injury and my shoulder is doing pretty good. Here are some pics of me. I don't believe in steriods and only take supplements like protein, and creatine. The last pic is before I started working out do I look any different?

I haven't put any stats together yet. I'm pretty poor at benching, maybe some of you can tell me how to increase my bench. Everything else I do pretty good at.

you don't believe in steriods? you know they are real, right? I'm just kidding, lol. You have a good physique to build on. Great improvement from the last pic. What is the time span between the last shot and the other shots?

Just judging by the pics you have a similar frame as me. Your shoulders and arms are proportionately larger than your pecs. I would guess that your bench form is wide grip with elbows flared out. If this is true then bring the elbows in a tad to recruit more pec and less delt. Also work the back a bit more, the lats play a big role in bench. Your lats, while not small by any means, to me look proportionately smaller than your shoulders/arms.

Also if you dont do them, try adding decline press movements.
