I am down almost 25lbs now. From about ~248 (give or take a few lbs) to around ~225.

Technically started in January, but pussy footed it until April or so.

Can you tell a difference? I can't see much. Sorry for the bad pics, I didn't want to take off my shirt in the beginning :(

umm i can see a diff but for some reason ur 2 and 3rd pics look slimmer than ur last one

i cant tell a difference, try either

a. posing with your shirt off for all of them
b. taking the same pose each time.
