Couple other outside agility drills.

Comments: Awesome session, IMO. Squats felt great, I didn't cheat myself. I didn't feel the burn on upper like I did on legs, though...damn. I had a bad lactic acid buildup after the 40s. It was miserable.

Comments:

Good day, good partner. 40s were a bit different today, used resistor cable with partner. Hard to explain. I got my weight today, 156. Lost 50 pounds since football, not good. Time to start bulking.
