I have a 2 lb. jar of Designer Protein still sealed but apparently "expired" in July. I guess I should avoid this stuff?
Wish I didn't forget where I had put the damn thing..
how did you store it?
how does it smell?
had it been opened before you lost it?
If opened has any moisture got in?
protein powder has a low AW so most microbes can not grow in those conditions but some can, however these are not particualry pathogenics ones.
