my family and i are really big into eating seafood. we also have a lake house so catching seafood is no problem. most of the time we eat fish, shrimp, crablegs, & crabs. by most of the time, i mean almost every weekend. i was just wondering if seafood is healthy. most of time its steamed cooked. i know i should be eating things like tuna...

Seafood rocks.
Shrimp, crab, tuna, salmon, etc. Great source of protein and EFAs.

:p
What are EFAs?
Seafood is great except for some of it has a lot of sodium in it.
Which means it will taste good.

EFA = Essential Fatty Acid. Omega 3 and Omega 6. Very important in your nutrition.

Just becareful of TOO much seafood. I think you can run into a mercury problem if you are excessive ammounts of seafood.

Eating it "almost every weekend" is nowhere near excessive.
Seafood is good, eat up.
Eat eat eat. Eat 3 whole salmon a week.
Mercury makes you stronger.
Stronger means bigger squat.
Bigger squat means bigger wang.
Seafood gives you a bigger wang.
