I was reading threw an old mussle mag and i see that they advertise and say good things about these products. There was antoher one then metnioned called nitro tech or something. Do these really help?

One thing first: Is it honestly that tough to spell works correctly? I know it's "just the internet" but it's freakin annoying to reed postz wit all dese grahmatikal n spelin erorrs.

Moving on... do a search. Nitro tech is protein. You'll get the same affect from eating a chicken breast or taking a scoop of Nitrean. Cell Tech is creatine and sugar. You can purchase creatine and sugar for 1/4 of the price. Hydroxy Cut is another overpriced MuscleTech product; do yourself a favour and don't purchase from MuscleTech unless money really isn't important to you.
