I'm trying to cut and I was wondering if a nice chicken salad of
8 oz grilled chicken (50 grams of protein)
Salad in a Bag
Fat Free Italian (20 calories)
1/4 Cup Light Mozzarella Cheese (3.5 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein)
would be for guy cutting and still trying to get lots of protein.
Is the extra cheese a good idea to throw in there? I figure the extra 8 grams of protein can't hurt.
I'm 17, 5' 10.5", 185 lb.
