Im on vacations.. what can I say? I sleep at 2 am and wake up @ 10am, meaning I start my first meal at around 10:30. My meals go something like this:

10:30- 1st meal
12:00 - shake (2nd meal)
2:00- 3rd meal
4:30- creatine
7:30 - 4th meal
9:00 - shake (5th meal)
11-1:30 am = hungry as hell.. can I still eat this late, yay or nay?

I've heard it's not good to eat very late, however, im unsure if this is true.

Help me out diet gurus!

some cottage cheese wont hurt ya!

and if you're on vacation, I dont think that you should really stress about your diet and stuff. Cause you're on vacation afterall!!! Just basically stay away from late night drunk kebabs.

get drunk and have fun. :)

what do your meals consist of?

you could have some cottage cheese!

i usually have some PB with 2 glasses of milk or soya milk-fruit
you can also toss you're creatine in your shake that's what i do

I usually have a tb spoon of pb or cup of cottage cheese and a light turkey sandwich on ww bread.
