Hey,

I use PRO COMPLEX (purple label, if anyone is familiar) 70g whey protein supplement. I know that 70g is a lot, since people have told me you need about 35-40 g after a workout. So since each scoop is 35g, I only use one instead of the 2 the label says to take. Is this a good idea, and secondly, since I workout 3 days a week, should I only take it after workouts or every day?

in general take in protein EVERYDAY!
