I used to use the GNC brand, but switched to ALN. I don't think it makes a huge difference either way.

GNC is ****ing expensive, I went there yesterday for multivitamins and I'm like "**** that" then I went to a different store called Popeyes Supplements and got pretty much the same thing for $10 less.

I like Now Foods' 75+ multi. I am sure you can find a retailer who carries it (http://www.nowfoods.com/index.php?cat_id=190).

You should be getting most of your vitamins from your daily diet. The multi is just there for back-up.

A multivitamin just fills in any gaps that you might miss with your diet. You really shouldn't be concerned about it. If you are interested in which vitamins might be more important than others (in regards to training), then take a look at what's included in ALN's multivitamin.
