You'll increase a hell lot more than 5lbs in 4 months, especially at your training experience. I predict you'll max at 165 if not higher by October, provided you keep consistant. Same thing with deads: You can 225 for 4, I reckon you can do 245 for 1 already. You should hit 275 on deads by August.

Welcome to journalland!
I think you can go a lot higher on those lifts. Especially on the bench. Just eat, eat, eat, lift, lift, lift and you'll be seeing those numbers explode. Keep at it and don't lose your dedication and motivation and before you know it, you'll be huge.
(This post just got nito'd)

Lol, coming from the kid who hasn't come to the gym in 2 weeks. Advising people on dedication and motivation, yet lacks that himself.

There's a reason for the 2 weeks and you know it. It's not something that was just done without any kind of explanation, so don't try to sound smart/important/superior/morejacked/eatingmorewhoppers&mcdonalds.

The first week...fine. I understand you needed time off. The second week was you being lazy.

I personally don't think that the amount of time you spend inside the gym depicts your dedication. I think if anything, its what happens outside the gym with your lifestyle and habits (Eating, sleeping, etc...). Don't you agree?
Oh yes, and good work on those lifts, Jordan. (Whatever you did).

Lookin good Jordan, squat is looking very good considering your age and training experience. IMO throw in an extra set of leg curls since your hamstrings aren't hit as hard on this day as your quads. This will likely be caught up with deadlifts though, so it's not much to worry about.

I don't think you should worry about what your friends are doing and focus on what you want to do. You guys don't have ot be working on the same exercises together.

COMMENTS
overall i think the session went really well, especially bi's, i tried 70lbs for the first time and i think i did really well with it, tho with the back excersizes i feel i use to much strength coming from my arms rather than my back, is there anyway to somehow prevent this.
also i am now currently 144, as aposed to 140 when i first made the journal

Good stuff man. No way to prevent it really, just focus on good form and really try to squeeze the weight up with your lats.

Session went pretty good, i went up a bit on the leg curl at the end with 115, as well i know i shouldnt squate using the smith but its all im familiar with right now, and im going to move on to squating with the olympic bar as soon as i can/ feel ready-comfortable
as well, a little off topic, my arms grow 0.25 inches everymonth, im wondering if that is slow/bad rate or good/fast rate. so yea currently my arms are 12.75 inches. Pretty small still but they grow steadily.

Nice work man. YOu should mark PRs and strength gains in your journal just so we knoiw you're making progress. And are those squats ATF or parallel?

Did you have sexual relations with a female? And why don't you invite me to these parties? Unless it's school ones, those suck.
