Name is Steven, 19 yr old college student. Doin this journal to keep track of what I eat and lift . My goal is to get ripped and jack before I enter the marines after college. Got 3 yrs to bulk, I ended baseball so I can concentrate on liften.
Anyways, here's my story.

Today I woke up around 5:45 AM for work.
Breakfeast : 3 eggs w/ ham cup of orange jiuce Few piece of toast
Lunch - Large tune sub at subway bag of chips and some rootbeer
Dinner : 2 protein shakes pre and post workout, about 5 strips of tyson chicken with some rootbeer. Snacked on alot of peanuts.

Went to the gym, legs and abs today.
Leg press : 450lbs X 8
Leg curls : 170lbs X 10
Hamstring curl : 170 x 10
Calve presses : 280lbs x 10
Abs :
did 4 ab machines, pyramid sets, 20X15X10, got a good workout in.

Goals to improve on : Eating better, more protein and nutritiouse food.

Today: Felt pretty sick, went to work still, but didnt eat very well. Today wa the day for biceps and back but my muscles are weak and my nutrient in my system are low. Just take today s a rest day, fuel up for tomorrow.

Today went alrigt.
Breakfeast - eggs w/ham orange jiuce and some toast
Lunch - Hamburger w/ orange soda, protein bar
Brunch - SMall tuna sub with rootbeer n chips
Dinner- tyson chicken, and protein shakes, and lots of milk

Gym - Biceps and back
Wrist pulls - 260lbs
21's - 40lbs
Back push - 180lbs
Bicep curls - 30lbs ( weak i was very tired)

it doesnt look like your diet is very good do you even no the micro's this is really important. if your diet isnt in check then you wont make very good progress in my opinion.

havent been on in awhile, Did very well today in legs and abs.
Leg Press : 500lbs x 4
Trunk twist - 190lbs x 10
Calf press 290lbs X 15
Leg curls : 190lbs x 10
Hamstring curl : 170lbs x 10
Abe crunches and other stuff did 20,15,10 sets of variuse exercises.

Diet and routine are looking poor. You should search up on stuff in the forums here.
