deadlift: 75lbs
June 17th
bench: 125 pounds
squat: 205 pounds
deadlift: 195 pounds

Keep it up man. I've found the best way to gain mass is to train yourself OUT of the gym. I eat....and eat......and eat some more. I've trained myself to get super-cranky if I don't eat every two hours.
