Genotropin

I've now decided to use genotropin and sustanon for the next 12 weeks
I need some advise on the diet to follow and exercises at the gym

don't do the genotropin and sustanon.

learn the diet and exercises first. build a base. go from there.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
Post your current diet,regimen, and dosing.
Understand we get a lot of newbies who don't know **** posting here.
So this is your shining moment;Prove me wrong.
you should either have a few more compounds in there or get rid of the genotropin to maximize it's use.
