Am I the only one who's upperbody look like \/ but from the side looks more like | . I know I have to thicken my back and chest to get the q/ shape and I also think having a bigger cage would help. Any reflexion on this?

Eat more food = growth.. If you are as ripped as you were in those pictures you posted you won't get bigger. Throw some salt on that chicken and eat a bowl of pasta along with it BOY!! hahaha, just keep lifting and if you bulk the right way you should look like B, big pecs and big belly :) j/k

lol Buff tells it like is it...

Eat and grow and the shape will come providing you work out all muscle groups which I am sure you are :)

yes, density/thickness, this takes a long time dude. upper back thickness along with trap thickness, and a mother of delt/chest combo, this gives you the "thick" look. but liek they say, all good things take time. with your base and dedication, it will only be a matter of time.

I weighted myself yesterday, 171lbs (pics=150lbs).. fat is somewhere betwen 12-15% bf and I eat 3500-4000cal. Don't worry Buff, I know how to bulk..

Then do it, and keep it up. You need at least full 6 or 7 months of bulking and you will see some serious shape Brutha!

Sinep, do you notice much size difference?

Buff, I'm on my fifth month of my quest to becoming a fat ass, I mean of bulking.
W**ker, I see a hugeness difference but it's hard to tell where the mass is going. I've seen alot of improvement with my lift lately. My bench press last week and seated press yesterday (85 db * 5).

Good to hear ... w@nker ... how are your legs? I remember you saying they weren't up to par with your upper body, maybe that's where your weight is going?
