Nowhere near enough calories for a person your size.

I hope that wasn't in order....a whole gallon of milk at one time!?!

Other than that, where's the REAL food? Some protein. Some supplements. But where are the calories.

Where are the good fats? Where are the veggies and fruits?
A lot of sugar too...

But if you're sole goal is bulking, of course you'll bulk.

I like the milk. I used to do that too. :) Get some EFAs in there, and drink a gallon of water. Lose the Coke. Overall, it's enough cals, sure, but it's not the best diet in the world. Get some more whole foods in there.

Not completely terrible, but it could use some help.

2 things can be changed

1) add some healthy fats, even just some fish oil.
2) Make sure you are meeting protein requirements, maybe you are, but I can't tell.

i take about 4 fish oil tablets a day.

im pretty sure i far surpass protein requirements, even though most are from supplements. i get at the very least 150 grams a day from whey/casein alone.
