isoflavones are a generic name for various chemical compounds found in plants.
what source are these isoflavones coming from exactly, and what do you want to use them for?

I've been using isoflavones for about 2 months. My body's initial reaction to them was nothing more than to elevate my blood pressure. Once that settled down and got under control, I've only noticed minimal gains. By minimal I mean 7 reps instead of 6.

I tried Metoxyflavones and other flavones and it was absolute CRAP! I learned the hardway too, wasted my $40 bucks. Before I bought that Crap I was hearing voices~~ "don't buy it! don't buy it! don't buy it! But I bought it anyways. DAMN I should've listened to my conscience and spent the $40 on two lap dances instead.
Stick with protein, multi vitamins, or creatine,
and don't forget good 'ol FOOD.

Thats why I always say, listen to the voices in your head.
Unless they tell you to kill people. Well, maybe even then if the circumstances are right. Errr....
So anyway, where the hell are you going that a lap dance costs 20 bucks?

I've tried Muscle Drive HP (pill) and Methoxy-RX (protein shake) and I didn't notice any gains at all. Even if it does work, it's way too expensive for the results you "may" get.

Or Do you think I must cry "my money back guy" ...........
I hate magazin which buy that and I hate me to think that something could help me more than training, training and training........
Don't trust magazines for your supplement info. Read the messageboard here and elsewhere on the net. Always ask before you buy. See if you can return it.

I don't think it's the magazines fault only. We should also blame
the Supp Companies who make these crap. Because what they do is come up with a product, doesn't matter if it works or not. They try to hype everybody before the product even comes out. So that when it does everybody buys them and before anybody finds out that they're crap, they made all the money already.
Hell! they even came out with 'ecdysterone' which is some shiet like a mosquito hormone or something.

Sometime, the weather is good an your gain pounds, sometime, the weather is bad and it's hard to continu training without any gain and this is in this moment that you looking for help and like a man who will die, you believe in everything. And many time this thing is crap.
And so, It's very difficult to find on the web somebody which experience (or laboratory) who speek about every supplement without have money interest.
If somebody knows good adress on the web to every thuth on every supplements and the laboratory expériences, thanks to tell me in this forum.

Yannick, the best place on the web is where there are experienced people who have used the products and can tell you from their experiences whether they worked for them or not.
