Looking good but where are your legs? I can't seem to find them.

Yes, legs are a major problem for me, as well are abs. I've been recovering from a back injury that is about 11 years old. The doctors just now released me about 2 weeks ago to start doing squats. Prior to that, the doctors felt the extra weight on my spine, would further crush my disc. So, yes I will be hitting the legs very hard over the next couple of months. Also, hopely I'll be able to do more ab work.

Looking lean. As others said, legs need some work but i'm guessing your relative lack of leg development has something to do with the nasty scar on your left knee.

The scar on the knee was from complete knee replacement about 12.5 years ago and yes with the back problem and the knee replacement the doctors wanted me to stay away from squats.

So other than legs, what would be one more area to really hit hard over the next 16 weeks?

you look good. Pack on the mass on top and you will be good to go.

If anything, hit your obliques and spinal erectors. Other than that, you're looking good.

Thanks for all the great feed back. I will be spending the next 16 weeks really working on adding some weight. Really hitting the legs and stomach hard. I will be sending them an update pic in mid Oct. so I am hoping to have even better progress. Thanks again and let me know if there are any other areas to work on.

Yep lookin good, big change over the past 16 weeks. Some of that, obviously, is attributed to the tan + oil. I would say to work hard on your legs and back now.

I would not call abs your weak point. If anything they are a strength. Yes, legs are lagging. If anything, I'd say your triceps and rear delts/overall back could use some more size.

Thanks guys. All your feed back now lets me know where I need to go from here. I promise next time I post pics, I'll have better legs. Maybe not huge legs but alot better than what they are now. Again thanks for all the great feed back.

Yes, my bf% at the time was around 9%. I was hoping to be alittle lower.

Also just a quick update, I know it's early but since the start of my new diet (started one week ago) I've put on 2lbs., kept the bf% the same and all lifts have gone up 5-10lbs. I know the weight increase won't last long so I'll take it while I can get it. Also, I am proud to annouce that I have been doing squats.

good going man! Wish you the best of luck, and hope you get to add some size to your legs in the coming months. Go easy on the weight though, don't want to know up the old injury. Allround you look great!

PULLUPS!!!!

Bigger lats will help everything.

Actually, I am eating. I have increased my diet upto 4700 calories and I've put on about 7lbs. since these pictures were taken. I will be bulking upto about 180lbs and then do another slow cut. I am hoping that by mid Oct I will have the weight. Also, I have added pull-ups for my lats. Don't know how much I will be able to improve legs, I hurt my back about 2 weeks ago and now squats are out once again.
