little curious injury

I have this little pain on my inner upper back, right side.
whenever i somehow hit that spot it hurts, like a shoot, only for a second or so but pretty sharp. ive had this for a long time, and the first time i noticed was when it hurt when i was doing cardio rows. I`m sure it wasn`t a form problem and they werent too heavy either. maybe i can find a picture in which i can mark what i think is hurting.

Its very small, it only turns up once every now and then and it doesn`t actually bother me or anything but i wanna know what it is. It feels like something snapping but it can hardly snap again and again can it?

I`m pretty sure it wasn`t my minor rhomboid ripping, that would be plenty more painful and keep from doing some ****.
but this is pretty much the place for as far i know.

What movements of your neck, shoulder, arm aggravate it? Does it seem to make your shoulder elevate involuntarily? Do you have trouble turning your head to the right?

No.

no.

i think you 2 may be thinking its more serious than it is.
I only notice it every now and then, when working out, like i described. It doesn`t keep me from doing any movements or make me do any. its just a pain for like a second than its gone.
