I need the nutrition info for London Broil (BBQ or Broiled).. Anyone able to help PLEASE?? i looked at those damn sites and im havin no luck.. thanx..:D

I am not a butcher, but I think London Broil is just a fancy name for type of beef cut. Go to USDA Nutrient Database (http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl) and do a search for "London Broil" - it returns a page full of info. BTW, hit <Enter> after typing the keyword(s).
