Flax Seed oil

What type of food does everyone mix their flax seed oil with?
I have heard salad or oatmeal. But does anyone use anything else??

I drink it 2 ways
1)Raw_2 tbsp in my mouth w/some water to wash it down
2)I mix 2 tbsp w/ my final shake of the day

This stuff literally makes me want to throw up.. not only the taste and smell but the texture. It sticks to your lips and just.. oh God Im gonna get sick..

Anyway either a) with a protein shake or b) just straight and down it with water..

Crush/grind flax seeds and sprinkle them over salads, add to recipes, etc. That way you get the flax oil and the extra fiber.

flax is one of the nicer tasting oils, along with olive oil.

You guys have trouble getting it down? I enjoy it!

I slurp it too so it coats my palette nicely.
