Should I continue to pound protein on my off days? Today and tomorrow are off, and I was wondering if I should use whey (just got it) or save it just for workout days.

well, you need enough for ALL your days. keep in mind that alot of healing is done on those days you arent lifting, if you werent healing on off days then you could just work out everyday without overtrainin. note that you clearly cant because you ARE healing still.

yeah on your off days is when your body is recovering and needs all those nutrients to heal up and this is the time your muscle grows.

On off days I try to take in just a little over 1g per pound...lifting days I go at least 1.5g per pound

read the thread on post workout nutrition.

eat it all the time as if trianing well your body some where will have increased level of protien synsthesis
