Nice job man. If i were you, i'd be bulking my ass off right now. You could add some awesome size on if you just ate everything in site for a while. Keep at it man.

LoL, you like those lines? Yeh, I do eat a ****load, I gained about 10-20 lbs since January when I started working out. I put in close to and sometimes over 6000 calories per day.

fast metabolism, I feel you because I'm in the same boat. You definitely have a good base to build on. Just remember to be consistent and patient

For 15 you have an awesome base, you look better than I did at 19 bro. Just keep bulking. If your not gaining then eat more, simple as that. Keep it up, you have tons of potential. I take it your L.D.S.?

Latter-Day Saints? Did the photograph give you that impression?

Looking very good, sir. Bulk away.

I'm with all the others... BULK! Eat all of the healthy foods you see. You have gained a little since you were 13, but you could've gained 20-30lbs easily. Stick to the basics, train the compound lifts hard, add weight/reps as much as possible, eat a ton, and get good rest.

I'm with him on this one.

Hit that back hard and fill out those lats and traps, it will really give you a great shape since you currenly have a tiny waist.

You look very good for 15 keep lifting.
You look about 25 years old as well. I'm twenty and I'll be lucky to have hair on my chest by 25.
