I've cut from 215 to 196, which is what I weighed this morning. I'm struggling to keep the calories down. I'd like to be thinner, but I'm not really feeling that fat either. What do you think? Keep on cutting or bulk?

Thanks.

Edit: first thing in the morning, no pump shot

Clean bulk. I think mentally it will help you out.

hmm id say you are at a point where you could legitamately go either way. If you are sick of cutting, i personally, would say the hell with it and clean bulk again.

I say start a clean bulk, definitely. Keep up the good work.

It's a hard one cause you could really go either way and I know how mentally tough it can get. Mentally hard cause you're not captain 6 pack yet and the dieting can get to you big time, especially when you have lost so much already.

Because of where I live (Canada) we only get 4 months of shirtless weather, I almost always suggest a pre-summer and summer cut and then bulk during the winter when no one sees you with out a shirt.

I'm guessing you already know what you want to hear in the back of your head, but I think you should cut down to a 6 pack. Why? So you know you can do it anytime you want to, and next winter when you are bulking you'll know in the back of your head you can take it all back off when you want to, instead of worrying any fat you put on will be there forever.

That's actually a really cool way of looking at it. I would have to say though that it is totally a personal decision. Do you want to have a lower bf% now for any reason? Or, would you rather get started on building some more muscle asap? The decision is one of personal preference.

i agree with geeper. get to a low bf% to see what u can get down to, and then next year it'll be easier! but yeah, impressive physique, and you have absolutely monstrous traps!

Thanks everyone. I'm really torn.. part of me really wants to bulk because I'm sick of not making gains, though I really want to lean down too.

I added a quad pic. I know they're small, be nice

I'd like to be thinner
i'd say keep cutting. it's tough, but it sounds like you're making excuses to quit early. get down to what your original goal was. (btw i'm not trying to sounds like an *******, i hate cutting too, but i think you should go until u know for sure you're done)

Just get down to 10ish percent and you'll look awesome. Then you can maintain for abit and start a clean bulk.

Give the cut a couple more weeks or so IMO. Quads are killer.
