nice job. I feel like there's improvement over the older shots I've seen. Could just be me but you look a little leaner, and have more definition.

Thanks for the kind words from everyone especially you Built you pretty thing you. Yep woke up one day and said, time for some physical changes. One year later and here i am. And I intend to get even bigger and better. Again thanks for the kind words. Kiwi good to hear from you and hope things are going good.

kickass! what do u do for your upper chest? im having a difficult time filling mine out with just incline presses...I was thinking about trying some incline flys maybe?

btw, your lats and shoulders look sick!

My chest is the hardest body part to grow ( genetics i guess). What I do is alternate between Barbell and dumbell Bench. I go as Heavy as possible for 3 or 4 sets. The only other chest excercise i do is Incline, again i alternate (weekly/Bi-weekly) using dumbells and barbell. Thanks for your response to the thread, Hope this works for you.
