What is your position on MSG. It gets a lot of bad press. But I don't go out of my way to avoid it.

If I eat a TON of it, I get itchy and blotchy all down the front of my neck and down my chest. It goes away in a few hours.
I don't worry about it otherwise.

It has never really effected me in any way. But I know some people react very badly to it. I can go from dieting very harshly and perfectly clean, to eating tons of doritos and chinese and not notice a thing as far as headache, water retention stomach pains or rash's. I guess i'm lucky like that.

I don't know if I get any effect from it?
Anyway, I know it shouldn't be used. All it does is enhancing flavor.

i'm used to it... but sometimes some people put huge amounts and i get mad thirsty. i hate being mad thirsty!

That 25% still makes up a big part of the population
