Looks like you need more EFAs, but that's just me. I've never heard of some of that stuff, like protein pudding. Also, how good is Isopure?

The Isopure is great, I can't suggest it enough to people. The protein pudding is made by Instone. It is 100 calories and 20 grams of protein, that's it. As far as the Essential Fatty Acids, my home made bulking bar has flax seed and my pasta I actually put about one tsp of olive on each serving. Come to think of it, the olive oil is not in the totals.

The tast is great. You hardly even have to stir it, it almost dissolves in cup by itselft. I've only used the strawberries and cream. I've heard to stay away from the tropical flavors. One draw back, this stuff is not cheap. I get an 8lb. tub for about $70-80 if it is on sale.

How do you make your bulking bar? And do you have nutrition facts on it?

Your on track man! keep it up. If your not getting enough EFA's then look to some of the supplements such as flaxseed oil caps, fish oil caps and so forth...

About the EFA, I actually do believe I get enough. In my original post I forgot to add about 3tsp of olive oil that goes on pasta and I do take the fish oil.

Olive oil is not an EFA.

Fish oil is - I take 10g daily.

Bulking Bars:

1.25 cups natural peanut butter
2.5 cups oats
6 scoops whey
4 tbsp flax seed (milled)
4 tsp vanilla
2 cups non-fat dry milk
1 cup water (add 1/2 cup at a time)
5oz. almonds (Must be chopped very fine, almost powder)
4oz. black walnuts (Must be chopped very fine, almost powder)

Spray 8x12 pan. Combine all dry ingredints in large bowl and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix. Mixture will be dry and crumbly. Add 1/2 cup water and all vanilla. Mix until all ingredints are wet. Add the other 1/2 cup water and mix till you get a very stiff dough. Press dough into pan. Let refrigerate 2-3 hours and then cut into 16 bars. Wrap bars individually and keep refrigerated.

*Also, if you want to take the very strong bitter taste away because of the black walnuts add about 2tbsp of honey. I did not add honey to my bars so the numbers for honey are not included in my totals.

Grand Totals: 5554 calories, 367 protein, 323 fats, 319 carbs

When cut into 16 bars:
1 Bar: 347.1 Calories, 22.9 Protein, 20.2 Fats, 19.9 Carbs.
