Well my bodyfat percentage is starting to drop and I'm going to start a bulking cycling soon. I was wonder what supplements would help me to during this cycle. I'm thinking of using whey protien/Cell-Tech and creatine. Also do you think 2 and a half months is long enough to put on 15-20 pounds of muscle? Another thing that is important to me is keeping my fat gained to a minimum. Any suggetions on foods to eat?

Thanks
Bryan

Give yourself about 5 - 6 months to put on 20 lbs of muscle. Try and gain about 1 lb per week. Also, just take the supplements you would when you are 'cutting' as well.

multi-vitamin, creatine, glutamine, and a protein supplement if needed.

Unless you are a relative beginner, 2 1/2 months is not enough time to add 15-20 LEAN lbs. That could take up to a year or more, depending how long you have been training, genetics, lifestyle, and your diet/exercise plan.

Creatine, glutamine, vitamins/minerals, and perhaps a good pro-hormone like 1AD will help for sure...but nothing is more important than proper diet and proper training, as well as proper recovery!

I've been training off and on for about 2 years now. But in the last few months I've really stepped turned it up a notch. I'm strict as hell with my diet and go I try to go all out in the gym without overtraining. When I start bulking I plan I'm going to take it seriously as I am right now. So say 15lbs of lean muscle mass isn't possible in 3 months?

Thanks

I plan on gaining approx 20-25 lbs of mass in the next 3 months and I reckon(Tryska=redneck) that I won't be overly fat afterwards. So yes it is possible and good luck with it.

15-20 pounds in 10-12 weeks is certainly possible - but to do it EVERYTHING has to fall into place.

Supplements are the least of your worries... diet, rest, stress levels, and training will be far more important.

Lets focus on those, shall we?

What foods should I really load up on? I can eat and eat I'm only 17 so Im just like a bottomless pit. I dont think it will be too hard for me to gain some mass since I brought my bodyfat down about 12% and stayed the same weight. I think that means i gained muscle in the process.

Thanks

if you're gaining weight each week then there's no reason to eat more until you do.

your body would prefer a full night sleep. if you wake up in the night and it's from hunger then have a shake or some food. if you don;t wake up naturally, don;t get up.

What about cardio? I like doing cardio it keeps me in shape but I also dont want to gain alot of fat while bulking Should I do cardio?
I'm willing to give up 5lbs of muscle to stay lean

sure, cardio is good, but too much and it's not so good - at least as far as wanting to add muscle goes.

cardio can actually help your lifting infact and it can make you fitter and healthier, just don;t do too much or for too long.

say 30 minutes moderate jog/fast walk 1-2 days a week

do them on non-gym days.

how many days a week are you lifting? make it 4 tops. days is prolly best if you do cardio twice a week cause it'll eman that you have more rest days. rest days = ace.

depending on how much you are eating now you may also want to slightly increase cals on days when you do cardio, then again you might not want to.

use cardio for th fitness and health benefits and to help you keep your metabolism ticking over so fat gain is minimum.

i also reckon that jogging is the best way to build calves, but maybe that's just me :)

I planned on doing a 5 day spilt but I could always do a 4 day split. Right now I do skipping for cardio, I love it. Yah I will have to increase my cals for sure considering im leaning out right now before I bulk a bit.

In terms of ripping them up and making 'em show, I agree.

It may be one of the ways. But bicycling is better. Mountain biking especially.
