I read an article that said using Creatine with Cell Tech can make it up to 1950% more effective. Is this true or just a load of bs?

lmao.
if you buy twice as much cell tech as you need and flush half down the toilet it becomes about 234545 % as effective.

Cell Tech is just 5% creatine and 95% sugar. Don't waste your money and spend $60 bucks on that!
If you still want the Cell Tech formula, just buy a good creatine and buy dextrose or maltodextrin at the Proteinfactory for $2.49 per lb.

what are dextrose or maltodextrin , they help your body absorb the creatine correct?
Im going on a bulking cycle soon, just checking out some products.

dextrose = simple carb, high GI sugar
maltodextrin = complex carb, high GI sugar

ya, just buy creatine, dextrose, ALA, and some gatorade and you got yourself some Cell tech. it's alot cheaper. that's what I'm going to do.

ALA=Alphe Lipoic Acid
1950% is impossible because you cant go over 100%:p

it is possible. eg if they said it 200% more effective that would mean its twice as good. or i take a tablet thats 200% of the RDA so its double the RDA recommends.
100%=same and no difference. if it was less than 100% it would mean its not as effective.
its 1950% more effecytive in terms of what? hypertrophy, strenght, weight gain?
also if group a put on 0.005 pounds on with regular creatine than if cell tech group would have to put on (0.005*19.5=0.0975) 0.0975 pounds so the claim is legally accpetable. But 0.0975 is not much and i would not waste my money for that level of difference.

ALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid, not Alphe Lipoic Acid ;)
