Heres my general diet in a day... again I am going for mass gains, and I wiegh about 176 or so right now... and I am 6'2.

I lift about 4 days a week.... and I am looking for any suggestions to my diet?!!?!? quickly if possible I am about to go shopping!!! hahaha thanks bros! :spam:

Protein and fat look good.

How about adding in some carbs? Oats, yams, brown rice...

Oh! And get some a/s whey, and some dextrose for post workout.

You might consider cottage cheese too, especially for bedtime.

yea looks good I think you need little more carbs but thats just my opinion, I eat little more then you though and I weight 130=\

Ya know I take a whey as well I just couldnt find it on the list! :micro:

So you guys think that looks pretty good?

Yeah I need to check out some ways to increase my carbs! Ok guys you all are awesome!

Increasing carbs should not be too difficult. I have a hard time keeping mine lower than 50% of total cals. Just think, bread, dairy, rice, cereal, etc. Also, if I need a quick carb boost I usually have and oatmeal to go bar. I'm not sure how good they are for you, they're pretty sweet so I imagine they have alot of refined sugar but they're almost pure carbs.

Make sure you get in the dextrose for post workout.
