I think I have done ok for the past couple years.

Considering I was almost 400lbs at one time and had to have my sister pull 95lbs off of my chest when I tried for my 1 rep max! LMAO

I took a pic of my quad but I am such a fatass that you can't really see anything, LOL.

I am 5'8"

My bench press with my shoulder being gay is probably in the 315-325 range right now.

Squats- I have squatted 365 in the last 5-6 months and that is after recovering from slipping a disc in my lower back. Before that, I have ATF squatted 460. Right now I am working on sets of 10 for squats and I just started back up 2 weeks ago. I did 225 for 3 sets of 10 2 weeks ago and 1 week ago I did 230 for 3 sets of 10. I am going to up it by 5lbs each week because I want to work up to heavier weights. Last time I tried going heavy my lower back was killing me for about 2 weeks and it scared the **** out of me so I didn't squat for quite a while lol. Having a back injury sucks ass and I do not want to be in the kind of pain I was in when I ****ed my back up the first time!

Deads- before back injury I did 475 or something like that, I will have to go back in my log book and the most I have done since then is 405. I just know that I was almost up to 500 and then I got injured.

Good luck gettin your weight down man, i was at around the 280 mark not to long ago, now im 240 long battle but its been worth it!!! thats a nice bench :strong:

Thanks man. I think my chest is weak as hell and my bench is all triceps and shoulders, DOH. I just started bench pressing with a wider grip 2 weeks ago.. So for about 2 years I was doing Close Grip press one day and a pretty damn narrow grip for bench press a few days prior!

It's kind of sad how close my weights are for close grip press and regular bench press lol

I am not used to getting compliments, usually people have nothing but negative things to say about someone who is fat lol. These little things people say can go a long way and I have a whole lot more to think about when I start to get down about dieting etc..

I think your goal of 190 lbs is too low! I think you should shoot for 220-230 lbs.

if you get down to 190 u'll be losing a lot of muscle mass, 220-230, u'd look solid. ****, u look solid now! i wish i had that much muscle on me :( keep doing what ur doing man, u'll get there!

Chris- 220-230? There is no way I would be a lean 220-230lbs lol, I am only 5'8"!! I would be damn happy at that weight though. Then I can work on getting my wings as wide as yours lol

Maybe I will go get my BF% read so I can see what I am working with here. Is there a more accurate way to get BF% tested without calipers?? I was reading something about a tank of water and BF% a long time ago, are there many places like that around?

Hey, I would much rather be a hard gainer and eat my ass off to gain mass than to be a fat ass that has to lose over 100lbs LOL.

I am pretty worried that I am going to have a bunch of skin that won't tighten up when I get leaner. I already have skin that I can pull a good 3 inches from my arms!

Don't even sweat that man. You don't look like you're even 20 years old, so I don't see loose skin being a big problem. I started way over 30%bf, and I'd have it no other way. I'm not givin up these 18.5in calves!!!

That's the nice thing about your size. When you get down to 12% body fat (or whatever your goal is) you're going to look ripped and huge! On the other hand, after *I* lost 50 pounds I looked like the proverbial 98 pound weakling. There's no substitute for LBM.
