6/30/05

Start weight: 180lbs
Current weight: 175/176lbs
Target weight: 165lbs

Breakfast: 6 egg whites, fried. Removed excess oil, ate with 1 piece of whole wheat bread, 1 glass of milk.

Lunch: 35g Protein Shake, 1 apple, juice, 2 oz Roni Pasta

Dinner: medium Flounder fillet, boneless buffalo wings (chicken breast), glass of milk.

Hey good luck with the cut. Although I'm not a big fan of LP, I think they have some pretty cool songs.

I don't feel like posting my entire diet, I do it in my fitday thing so it's redundant kind of. I'll just post the calories and breakdown:

7/1/05

Total: 1443 calories

Carbs: 144 | 509 | 36%
Protein: 145 | 578 | 41%

I know I know, I'm still trying to find my groove.

7/2/05

Total: 2762 calories

Grams | Cals | %Total
Fat: 79 | 709 | 27%
Carbs: 45 | 167 | 6%
Protein: 443 |1772 | 67%

Gonna work downwards slowly from here. Most of the fat is mono unsat.

7/3/05

Total: 2040 cals

Grams | Cals | %Total

Fat: 62 |555 | 28%
Carbs: 171 | 597 |30%
Protein: 205 | 821 | 42%

Dropped a little too much... Meant for 2500
