hey here is my deit i dont really think its that good maybe u guys cud give me some imput into what i shud take out of my deit an what i should bring in

usual deit

meal one: weetabix or toast
meal two: swandwich tuna or other meat (with veg)
meal three: something like potatoes, fish, veg
meal four: another swandwich or something simlar

i drink around a pint of milk also

basically at the minute my goal is to become more leaner an muscualar looking is this kinda diet going to help me achieve that?
