lately i've been eating about 6 pb&j sandwiches a day. peanut butter is FULL of fat, so is this a bad habbit? oh yeah, they're all with wheat bread.

If you're bulking, go for it. I'd throw a protein source in with it too, though. Maybe some milk to wash the PB down.

the jelly probably has a lot of sugar, and thats a lot of carbs!! unless youre not taking in much more on a daily basis

I enjoy the no sugar added jellies. I believe they have a little maltodextrin in them, which is probably better than the crap in regular jelly.

Either way, 6 might be a little excessive. I suppose it depends on your goals and if your body can handle it.

No, I usually buy blue bunny lite 85 and throw a cup in 8oz of cottage cheese. Perhaps I'll give your suggestion a try!

bastards here in southern california dont carry bluebunny brand, and I liked there sf/ff ice cream flavors
