Corn syrup, malt, fructose, soy... not large quantities of these things, but ... ?

So does picking up a piece of iron and putting it down in the exact same place...

Breakfast, food, lifting is all a state of mind and how you think about it. To most people picking up 300 lbs and straining yourself makes no sense. We call it a dead lift. To most people a body builder's diet is pretty boring and missing the candy group, the potato chip group etc. Both combined is what a BB is all about.

It's not breakfast, it's your first meal to get your body going. Need the carbs for the energy, need the protein for the muscles ect... just think of it as fuel and move forward.
