Throw some protein in at 8:00. Perhaps more veggies as well. looks pretty good. ;)

Are there any ways to make all of this eating easier on me? It seem's like I have to spend the entire day in the kitchen preparing this stuff and eating. :|
shakes including oats/peanut butter/protein powder u can put almost anything in them.

Well, my mom bitches a lot about dirty dishes/grill all day. And it seems like I always have to cook something. I'm just not really used to it I guess, usually I just go eat fast food and what not. :/

and better off with diry dishes then dirty fast food ;)

i grind the oats first in the blender then add pb/whey protein /milk/ 2 ice cubes and blend again lovely. and it takes 2 seconds to clean.

I revised it again... It's the same but I removed the OJ and put a few things together for the shake.

At your height and weight, just eat whatever and be sure it's over 3000 cals. Er, to add to that, be sure you get enough protien and good fats. I know some people will disagree with this, but the only advantage a "clean" bulk has over a "dirty" bulk is how clean your arteries are going to end up. You want to be healthy, do a clean bulk. If you don't care, then eat anything and everything.

Keeping it as clean as can be so I don't get fat again.

Make olive oil your best friend. Put a tablespoon in a protein shake when you wake up, and a tablespoon in a protein shake before you go to bed.

I heard more than two-three scoops a day is bad for you? :/
And two shake's would only give me 1000 calories for food. :P

Someone said it's bad on your kidneys. And that if you have any problems it will really complicated them. :windup:
