I was wondering, if i am able to mix protein power in things like spagetti? or with Chicken pieces in the sauce? I have it in milk occassionaly but find I feel bloated all day.

So is it possible to mix it into food?

i don't think the taste would be pleasant in spaghetti or chicken!

try it in oatmeal.yogurt,protein waffles,protein pancakes!

I could try mixing it with a yogurt, I am not worried about the taste so much, if it means i can add alot more protein to my diet than I am all for it.

you can always make yourself a shake and add pb.oats.olive oil, banana! taste good as well :)

i put it in my oatmeal on non-lifting days. i use chocolate whey... oatmeal made w/milk and a spoon of sugar-free spreadable fruit to liven it up a touch.

I mixed it with my liquid eggs for scrambling...

It really wasn't that bad. Twas cholcolate scrambled eggs.

If that floats your boat. There is no law stating that you need to make a shake out of it, though I can't imagine that mixing a protein powder with spaghetti would be very tasteful, but that's all on you.
