BF%- Estimating around 18(stocky)
Height-5'9
Age-18

Goals-

-Lose 20 pounds of fat in 4 months

-Lift heavy-Keep Getting stronger



Workout Routine

Monday- Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednsday-Off
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Biceps/Triceps
Saturday-Off
Sunday-Legs

Cardio- Boxing 3x a week

Interval training on eleptical 4x week

I want to start jogging on the treadmill also doing HITT training



Need some adnvice on the diet........... Can someone help me please

Diet-Im not sure to go back on Atkins diet/ which i lost 12 pounds of fat in 2 months previously/very hard to stay true to tho.....I was also looking at the 40-40-20 but thats going to be very tough to consume that much protein...... can someone help me out on a diet.???


Supplements- A fat loss supplement( morning and night0

- Creatine and glutamine in my protein shakes after workout




So how does that look so far any critism would be appreciated thanks!

Sure.

Its not too hard to consume protein.

I would aim for 200-250 grams of protein.

Start at about 2400 calories for a week. See if yoru weight goes up or down and adjust accordingly.

The rest of your cals try to get from healthy fats and healthy carbs.

Whole grain bread, low fat milk, green veggies, etc

Fats come form Natty PB, fish oil caps, fish, olive oil, almonds.

Look in the Diet and nutrition section for "what a bodybuilder eats" thread. Some very good info in there.
