I need a calories dense meal (small meal) that I can add to my daily intake.

Right now I am getting around 2600 cals, but i want to up that by a few 100 more.

look at my fit day journal june 29th which shows usually what i eat daily except for the 6 oz of chicken, that i put in because i could count all the differnt foods i had in a buffet. I low balled everything, because my lunches usually vary between a health food store buffet, subs, and steamed chicken/broc and soup (depending on my mood)

two slices of bread and 25g of peanut butter is about 300cals alltogether quick easy. i just add peanut butter to my protein shakes but im having about 4500 at the moment trying to find my maintanence cals.
