View Full Version : More food? ...Do I have to?

I don't really care about gaining too much mass. Just a bit more to show that I have something. I am more interested in gaining more strength and speed. Do I really have to eat 6 meals a day and drink protein shakes and watch all my carb intake? I am a beginner and I'm currently on the WBB#1 routine but a bit tweaked. They say a big part of this routine is the diet...

No. You don't have to.
You could join one of those groups that takes walks around the mall or something.
Do you want to be big and strong, or not?
Just focus on protein, keeping saturated fats to a min, and eat ALOT of it with a good routine and good sleep. That's it. All there is to it. It's not complicated, just dedication dependent.
