is there a difference between a name brand like EAS or Twinlab compare to a non-name brand? I found a 250mg/60 non-name brand for almost the same price of a 100mg/60 name brand. do they work the same? show i go with a name brand like AST or EAS?

Are you talking about the Now Foods brand that has 250mg/60 caps? If so I think it's good stuff. I take 1 first thing in th AM and 1 with my post workout shake. I've been noticing better pumps during my training.

Oh cool. I was going to order the Now brand off of dps too but wasn't sure about how effective it was.
