I use creatine cause It's one of the little thing which work (without healt problems ...)

I use it in a cycle of 6 weeks (or 8) and a break of 2 week.

Who know what is the best cycle for creatine ...

Because once creatine gets saturated to a certain level in the body, it remains at that level for several weeks.

Accordingly, you can take maintenance doses to keep it at that level indefinitely. There have been periods where I was on creatine for 6 months or longer.

There's no need to ever "go off" if you don't want to.
