Down 12% BF on the calipers, my question to you guys is, what would you say my BF is in these pics. Im getting 17% via one spot caliper test. Accurate or no?

To be honest, I'd say you look like you're above 20% bodyfat.

I'd say 17% is very accurate. I'm at 23%, and he's got me beat bigtime, while we have basically identical body structure. He also has all of his bodyfat on his front, while being pretty lean on his back, which can be deceptive in the pics.

You've done an amazing job so far. I would considering do a 3 pt. test, you can use the following link to calculate.

http://www.rustyiron.net/bodyfat.htm

I normally take what the calculator says and add 2-3% for human/equipment error.

What's important isn't the bodyfat number you're currently at. What is important is that you take the readings the same each time and regardless of what bodyfat percent you're at, you know you've lost 12 percent.

Great progress!

Thats a good point. Also I feel the mirror is far more important than what the calipers state. I haven't measured since I started cutting, because the mirror is all that matters. As long as you look like your progressing, and your happy with the mirror, thats all that matters.

Chicks love it.

As an example, I was watching that show on VH1 with the celebrities living together (I don't watch much tv I don't know what the hell it's called). But anyways, it was the first episode and Jose Canseco was going to be the last guy to show up. Now all these women did was talk **** and slander him like crazy. Then what do you know? They're all over him and all about his muscles. I think guys in exceptional shape make women insecure about themselves yielding the repulsive responses. Just how heavier women like to ridicule anorexic looking models or just your regular skinny lady.
