View Full Version : Dieting to lose Mid-Section NOT MUSCLE!

The only fat left on my body is in my midsection and a little bit of fat on my chest. This has been causing my diet to fluctuate back in forth from cutting and bulking. I will start a bulk and feel terrible and within 2 days im back to eating normal. Then I will start a cut and I start to feel small , so I'm back to the start. ALL BECAUSE OF MY GOD DAMN MID-SECTION! It is causing so many problems. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do? I really dont want to do a long strung out cut, that is precious time I could be gaining mass. Any suggestions would be great. Thanx all.

whether you're cutting or bulking it's all part of a much larger picture. you can't expect to see fantastic results in days. it takes years to sculpt the body you want... it's a lifestyle committment that has its good days and bad (the latter is usually in your own head).

look at the long-term, not the short.
