View Full Version : The perfect tortilla?

I've been eating these tortillas wrapped around some deli turkey, tomato and lettuce everyday for one of my at work meals. I think they're awesome, but wanted the expert opinion and to let you know about them. Here's the facts:

LaTortilla Factory (stupid name but I'll let it slide) Whole Wheat/Low Carb Tortillas

Serving- 1 tortilla
Calories- 50
Total Fat- 2g
Sat Fat- 0g
Poly Fat- 1g
Mono Fat- .5g
Cholesterol- 0mg
Sodium- 180mg
Total Carbohydrate- 11g
Dietary fiber- 8g
Sugars- 0g
Protien- 5g

They taste pretty much exactly like a whole wheat tortilla. They have flavored versions but they kind of suck in my opinion. I love tortillas, and they pretty much go with everything, and these have less carbs and more fiber than my regular whole wheat bread. Enjoy!

Im a big fan of these, I used them alot when i was low carbing a while ago.... watch out if you eat alot of them though, that fiber really adds up :D if you catch my drift.
